Earlier, we had let you informed about the diverse hindrances that the YRF’s highest earner movie of the year ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ had faced. One among them was the script affiliation case that a writer named Anand Panda had filed against the Yash Raj Films. Though, no step was initially taken against YRF, but at hand the Bombay High Court has ordered the Amboli Police to take steps against Yash Raj Films in that case.

As reveal the reports, Panda had before filed a case against YRF mentioning that they had copied the script of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ from his writing. But that time the Police didn’t take any steps on this issue and hence Panda moved to  the high court claiming that the police was not at all ready to register FIR based on his grievance against the makers of the Salman Khan starrer Ek Tha Tiger who supposedly infringed on his copyright.

That’s why the case was adjudged by a division bench of A M Khanwilkar and R Y Ganoo who ordered the Amboli police to entrap Yash Raj Films an indict in the case filed by Anand Panda. Prior, Panda had filed the case claiming offences of cheating, illegal breach of trust and different other sections of the Copyright Act, 1957. The police registered an FIR When Panda reached the court on September 9, but neither Yash Raj Films nor the name of any producers of the movie were mentioned in the FIR.

But now the bench directed the Police to name the production house accused following this information, put before the court by Panda’s lawyer. The court embarked Pnada’s petition with an order to look into the case in fair means.
