jab tak hai jaan

The character of Anushka Sharma in ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ revealed.

B-town actress Anushka Sharma initiated her career as a model in the tinsel town and then as an actress, after debuting in Yash Chopra’s ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’. And now she is about to be seen in one more flick ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ from the YRF camp. While her character is the first movie is well known to us, conversely we were in eager wait to know what her character is in her upcoming flick JTHJ.

And now it seems our wait is over, since her character in her second flick got revealed recently. While the babe was playing the love interest (Taani Sahni) of King Khan in Yshji’s RNBDJ, in the second flick she is about to play the character of Akira, who is a documentary film maker in the movie. She sets out to archive the life of army officer Samar (Shahrukh Khan).

Akira, who plays the love interest of Shah Rukh in JTHJ too, is featured in the character of an employee of the Discovery Channel who wants to make a documentary film on the life story of Samar (Shah Rukh), an army officer. Thus, the complete movie is an account of the army officer, sighted from the viewpoint of Akira by the spectators.

To say in details, the movie is a love-triangle where B-town first rate actress Katrina plays a major part as another female lead and hence it has created huge response around. Giving slight hints about their tie up with the discovery channel, YRF vice president said, “We wanted to associate with the leading non-fiction channel and we are happy to partner with the world renowned Discovery Channel. We are certain that viewers will enjoy Anushka’s refreshing character as a Discovery Channel employee.”

Well, the movie is all set to hit the theatres this month on 13th and seeing the response  of the movie all around, we hope it’s a going to be a smash hit! What you think guys? Right or not?
