Tusshar Kapoor did all stunts on his own for his upcoming film ‘Shootout at Wadala!’

Recent reports convey that the B-town actor Tushar Kapoor went so desperate to do all stunts on his own during the shoot of his upcoming multi-starrer flick Shootout at Wadala. When last Monday went through a very critical situation during the shoot of an action scene for the same movie with John and Anil, the endeavor of Tushar to give all the stunts himself was of course appreciating. And being asked, the actor made it clear that the feel was spontaneous and he wanted not to shout help from anyone for giving these stunts.

Apart, he also made it confirmed that the stunts were dangerous and he had even before been warned by the crew about the danger lying in it. “The harnesses and all the excitement of doing such risky stunts myself did make me feel I had butterflies in my stomach, but I was so kicked about doing something like this that I just put aside all thoughts of anything going wrong,” he said holding his breath.

Being asked about such incessant decision of his, Tushar said, “I just took God’s name and got into it. I don’t know what was going on in my head when I did it finally, but I do remember being happy when I saw the result later on the screen.” Of course, taking the decision of self–doing the stunts was risky, but we can envisage the contentment the 35-year-old actor must have in his face after seeing the outcome of his risky efforts.

Directed by Sanjay Gupta, the movie is going to hit the theatres on May 1, 2013 and features other Bollywood stars like John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Manoj Bajpai and Sonu Sood in the front row of the star list. Storyline of the movie revolves around the concept of Hussain Zaidi’s book ‘Dongri to Dubai‘ and features Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra in a special cameo appearance and item number mujra.
