Rajesh Khanna with Anita Advani.

We have informed you earlier that a domestic violence case was filed by a lady Anita Advani against the family members of late B-town actor Rajesh Khanna, claiming to get a part of Mr. Khanna’s property, as she demands to be the live-in partner of the late actor. And recently we have come to hear that the Bombay High court has stayed the case till December 17.

Reportedly, the case was before proceeded by a Metropolitan Magistrate at suburban Bandra, who had issued to the family members of Mr. khanna. Later, Mr. Khanna’s legal wife Dimple and son-in-law Akshay Kumar filed a petition, challenging the magistrates’ steps against them and hearing the case, Justice K U Chandiwal at Bombay High Court, stayed the case and issued a notice Anita Advani.

Before, we had informed you what the subject matter of Anita’s petition was and conversely Mr. Khanna’s legal wife Dimple was found arguing that she is the legal wife of Mr. Khanna and no other woman can demand share in her husband’s property, while she is there. Also dimple argued that the magistrate did not have to take any steps in such baseless affair.

She mentioned that it was “unreasonable” for the Magistrate to propose her and her family to go for a mutual discussion with Anita, as the case has no base reasons. As mentioned, the Magistrate hearing the case had before issued summons to Dimple, her daughters Twinkle Kumar and Rinki Saran and son-in-law Akshay Kumar to remain present in the court to answer the said allegations that include both domestic violence and forging Khanna’s will.

However, Akshay Kumar was found supporting her mother-in-law in the context that Anita has no right to demand share in the property. Rest proceedings will be known on the next hearing date. So, stay connected to know more.
