Sonakshi Sinha

Sonakshi Sinha pays Slaman back for his favour.

Seems, time has finally arrived for fondness of chubby figures in Bollywood. The trend that was once a time much popular in the industry, had for some years almost vanished. But now it has again started from the dirty girl Vidya balan, and is being desperately followed by many B-town actress counting Rani Mukherjee, Sameera reddy etc. And among the young generation, Sonakshi Sinha leads the trend. The actress who rocked the floor with her first appearance in Bollywood hunk Salman khan’s 2010 film ‘Dabangg’ has kept the trend intact with her voluptuous avatar in the next installment of the movie too.

Sonakshi turned an overnight star after her debut movie and Slaman had a typical role in the actress’ success too. Now, it was the turn of the babe to pay Salman back for his favor to introduce her in Dabangg. And the actress has not stepped back from her duty too. And she has done so having turned down the offer of a lucrative endorsement deal from a branded company that wanted her to loss some kilos, to get fit for their latest products for skinny girls.

You might wonder, what’s the link between Sonakshi rejecting the offer and her commitment to Salman! But, there is. Let’s make you clear. Sonakshi had to put on some weight, to best fit the role of house wife in Dabangg sequel. On the other hand, the deal wished her skinny look. This was the perfect opportunity for Sonakshi to show her faith.

Initially, Sonakshi was chosen as the brand ambassador of the company. She had to work with Hrithik Roshan in the project. However, Sonkashi’s denial forced the company to search for any other skinny option. As per the news, Deepika Padukone is at the top of their list. If Deepy is being chosen, she will be the joint brand ambassador of the company along with Hrithik Roshan.
