Sharman Joshi’s upcoming is Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Next!

Bollywood actor Sharman Joshi is in seventh heaven these days as time is running too well for the actor. After the tremendous success of his last released movie ‘Ferrari Ki Sawari’, director of the movie Vidhu Vinod Chopra has decided to feature him again in his upcoming flick. Though nothing has been informed about the name of the movie, but we hear Sharman is about to play the protagonist in it.

Veteran actress Rekha is also starred in the movie and she plays the character of Sharman’s grandmother. The movie is being directed by Indra Kumar and is supposed to go on floors in early January, next year. It is decided to be shot in Mumbai and Dubai. Storyline of the movie revolves around the rapport between Rekha and Sharman.

Reveals a source, “The actor plays a US-returned guy, who is extremely fond of his naani (Rekha). He stands up for her when she is ill-treated by the family. Randhir Kapoor plays Sharman’s grandfather.” However, the sources reveal that Sharman is also keyed up to work with the two ace actors Rekha and Randhir.

Ask him how he feels about working with Rekha and he promptly answers, “I’m looking forward to working with her. She is extremely versatile and one of the finest actresses of Indian cinema.  She is playing my grandmother in the movie and the story revolves around the relationship we both share.”

Well, not bad! In fact, he is a good actor and we have seen him playing prominent characters in some of the movies like ‘Golmaal’, ‘3 Idiots’ etc and has also seen him being nominated for Filmfare Award for Best Performance in a Comic Role and Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor and IIFA Best Supporting Actor Award  for the said movies respectively.

So, this time also we expect something equally noteworthy from him. What say guys?
