Scarlett Wilson wants to do a period film.

She started her Bollywood career with an item number in the political thriller “Shanghai”, but seems not quite contented with the suffer. Further, she expresses her trance to do a period film and demands herself to be a trained actor! Yes, we do talk of the familiar Imported Kamariya gal Scarlett Mellish Wilson, who stole the hearts of many Bollywooders overnight, with her dhinchak jhatkas in the item number.

“Yes, I do see myself acting. My dream is that I should do a period film,” said the sexy girl who just stepped her baby steps in the Hindi movies world. Apart, she is also a well-known model who has done lots of modeling assignments in Britain.

Conveying about her training, the babe said, “I have been performing all my life. I have not done anything other than singing, dancing and acting. I went to a performing arts school back home where I graduated in acting. I came to India some three years ago. I have been modeling ever since. I went through a few rounds of auditions and got this part (in Shanghai).” That means apart from act and dancing, the girl also can sing well! Wow, simply genius!

The Dibakar Baanerjee directed movie Shanghai was acclaimed as a hit in the BO, starring Abhay Deol, Kalki Koechlin and Emraan Hashmi. Though this was the first film for Scarlet, she stresses not to have got nervous or afraid during the shoots and asserts that she was quite comfortable to the character.

“If I had gone straight to the shoot without rehearsal, I would have been nervous…. I was completely at ease, I knew exactly what I had to do. I was more excited than being nervous,” said the babe. “I was not worried about dancing, just worried about my facial expressions. Dibakar sat with me and we rehearsed a lot. He took me through it and told me how he wanted it,” she further added.

Being asked, why Bollywood, she says, “I have been trained in strict form of dance compared to the Bollywood’s way of everything being loud. And I prefer this; this is the best thing for me…. I watched old classic item songs and Bollywood stars. I just learnt it like that…”

That shows for sure that the girl has fallen in love with Bollywood. Bravo!! Bollywood rocks!
