Scarce chance for Dara Singh to recover

Dara Singh is struggling for life in the hospital.

Wrestler-turned-actor Dara Singh, who has been kept under observation in the hospital since last four days because of a major damage to his brain, has scarce chance to recover, said the doctors today. Reputedly known for his characterization in the movies ‘King Kong’ and ‘Faulad’, the actor got admitted to the Kokilaben hospital on Saturday evening and since is struggling for life.

After suffering from a severe cardiac chaos, he has been kept in the ICU since four days. Dr. Ram Narain, COO, Kokilaben hospital, told, “We had done a MRI and it shows significant damage to his brain due to decreased oxygen supply to brain, when he had a cardiac arrest. There is less chance that he will recover. Chances of him regaining consciousness are also less.”

“There are no medicines that will reverse the brain damage… only if a miracle happens. He might even slip into coma,” he further added.

The veteran actor is much famous in the B-town for his extra-ordinary act and is better remembered as ‘Hanuman’ being have played the role of ‘hanuman’ in Ramananda Sagar’s Ramayana. In 2007, also he was seen in Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Jab We Met’ playing the character of Kareena’s grandfather.

We hope some miracle to take place as said Narain and endow the great man with a new life!
