Salman Khan to visit Pakistan.

The ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ actor Salman Khan has taken the matter seriously and hence has decided to pay a visit to Pakistan along with director Kabir Khan to ensure the PEMRA that their movie is no way against the neighboring country. Reportedly, the promos of the Salman Khan starrer movie ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ has been banned in Pakistan and this is the prime attempt of Salman on this regard.

The Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) had directed all their satellite TV channels and cable operators last week through a letter not to telecast the promos and reviews of Ek Tha Tiger, mentioning the movie “reportedly based on the activities of ISI and RAW”. Also it had alleged that the movie is aimed at defiling the icon of the country’s intelligence agency.

Being asked about their trip to Pkistan Kabir said, “Neither Salman nor I have ever visited Pakistan. So why not? We are willing to do anything that’s required to make Pakistanis believe that our project is not against them. I don’t think the trailer being banned is a big deal. Once the film releases, the truth will be out.”

When asked about his view on the ban of the movie promos in Pakistan, he said, “It’s disturbing for Ek Tha Tiger to be perceived as an anti-Pakistan film. But it isn’t surprising. Look at the cheap jingoistic anti-Pakistan films that have released over the years. We can’t really blame them if they perceive Ek Tha Tiger as one such film.”

Anyways, we hope everything will be all right now, since the Tiger himself is equipped to prop up the reputation of his upcoming next. What do you hope guys?
