Prabhu Deva did his first advertisement movie with Virat Kohli.

Prabhu Deva has taken his career in poles apart and his topical hit ‘Rowdy Rathore’ has brought him huge name and fame as an action director. Though the world knows him as an ace choreographer, yet his new avatar is accepted too much.

Only just, Prabhu Deva made a comeback from Bangkok, having finished the shoot of his first advertisement film with cricketer Virat Kohli. The last whole week he was there with Virat to shoot for a shoe brand.

When asked if he got Virat to dance with him because Virat is an excellent dancer, Prabhu said, “Not at all. Now, people call me an action director. After Wanted and Rowdy Rathore, people think of me as someone better with action, as opposed to choreography. We shot an extensive stunt sequence in our two-day shoot.”

Talking about his work experience with Viratand his initial advertisment film, he says, “It was something new for me and the good bit was that shooting with Virat was nice, we got along well. He is good in front of the camera. The advertisement featured him and a few models. We’ve tried to shoot it like an action sequence straight out of a Hollywood film.”

In the interim, the director-turned-choreographer is geared up to kick start his next flick in Hindi. Talking about his upcoming movie, he said, it is the remake of his first Telugu film, Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana and it was remade in Tamil as Unakkum Enakkum later. It is a based on a pretty romantic story and he expects the Bollywood lovers will like it.

Anyways, we never doubt on the efficiency of our beloved choreographer and he too has proved his endowment in his latest hit ‘Rowdy Rathore’. We just wish him all the best for his upcoming flicks.
