Happy Birthday, Amitabh Bachchan!

This is a great occasion for the great B-town legend Amitabh Bachchan who stepped in 70 years today.  Yes, this is the 70th birthday of megastar Amitabh and the global Film fraternity is on rejoicing for this great day of the great personality.  Born on October 11, 1942, Big B kept his baby steps in the acting world as a debutant, at the age of 27 in director Khwaja Ahmad Abbas’s 1969 film Saat Hindustani. The film though was his initial stride in the tinsel town as a green actor, but the next cohort of B-town experienced him as the one and only veteran…err….living legend of the film fraternity.

Take a look on his four decades career mark in the industry and you will yet find him the rocking sensation and indisputable Shahenshah of Bollywood. He is the not only yet the dominant star of Indian Cinema, but  the most adorable, loved and honored actor in the industry. Of course, it’s difficult to recount the gigantic fan base that Big B is having across the world. The commendations and well wishes he is being paid from his dead-end fans in this great occasion, is really mind-boggling!

In this flourishing era of Bollywood, when many new pretty faces struggle for existence in the industry, the legend still maintains his millions of fans, from across the globe who always remain utterly awestruck with his compelling persona, well-off baritone, magnificent acting and impressive better parts. If we start considering the contributions of the actor to the Hindi film industry, then it will be beyond imagination to guess in which place of severity he dwells! He has always been so special, and will always remain special for his fans too!

In this rapturous occasion of the living legend, we do wish him a very happy birthday on behalf o the entire Daily Bolly team.
