Filmamaker Boney Kapoor is all set to start work on ‘Mr India’ sequel.

No one must have forgotten the first ever superman aka invisible man of the B-town industry, Anil Kapoor, who once managed to hypnotize the whole Bollywood fraternity with his delicious act in the 1987 hit ‘Mr India’. Since, there was an eager wait for the sequel of the movie and seems the wait has come to an end. ‘Coz producer of the movie Boney Kpoor has recently declared to start work on the sequel of the much acclaimed movie soon.

Opps! Of course it’s a great news for all ‘Mr India’ fans and what’s more the added flavour in the news is that, the producer has roped the successful pair Anil Kapoor and Sridevi again for the sequel, along with the original director of the movie Shekhar Kapur. Though Anil and Sridevi will not lead the movie, yet will be displayed in prominent characters. And the movie, though initially supposed to be directed by Anurag Basu, but finally has turned to the original director Shekhar. Hmm! Seems, this will be the modern incarnation of the old invisible man Mr. India.

before Boney Kpoor had revealed that B-town superstar Salman Khan is going to play an important character in the sequel. Clarifying his statement, Boney had said, “I don’t think I can make a film without Salman. He is in Mr India 2 and also in the sequel to No Entry.” Though, we don’t have much info about Salman’s character in the movie, but what we have been informed, the superstar is about to play the first ever negative character of his life in it.

One type it’s confirmed that the movie will hit the theatres in 2014. But, right now the producer is hectic altering the original ‘Mr India’ into 3D which will be released before the sequel hit the theatres.
