Anita Advani files in the court to get justice.

Anita Advani, who demands to be late Rajsh Kahanna’s live-in partner, threatens to take action against injustice. Even she has gone a step ahead on the issue, sending a legal notice to the late superstar’s family for expelling her from the actor’s bungalow. Showing her grudge on the matter Anita said, “I have been cheated. How can anybody do this? I am extremely upset.”

Talking about the legal notice she said, “We have sent the notice and I am going to fight for justice. A woman should not suffer all her life like this. Women should have the right to fight for justice. Manohar Shetty is my lawyer.” Apart, she has also filed a domestic violence case in a Bandra court.

As per the petition, the Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate on Thursday sent notices to Rajesh Khanna’s wife Dimple Kapadia, son-in-law and actor Akshay Kumar and daughters Twinkle Khanna and Rinki Saran.

Apart, Anita said that she had spent the most qualitative time of her life with late Rajesh Khanna and hence it’s the most memorable part of her life. “It was the most memorable time of my life and nobody can take it away from me. I had spent the best phase of my life with him,” she said. “The journey was sweet and sour – I have some good memories and some horrifying memories as well,” further added Anita.

Confirming her relationship status with Rajesh Khanna’s family she said that she had a very cordial relationship with them before the actor’s death. But everything changed after his death and hence she feels pity on the issue. Apart, she believes that she will be given proper justice by the court and proper protection under the Domestic Violence Act .

Giving more info on the development of the case, Anita’s lawyer said, “The respondents will have to reply Nov 27. Anita has been humiliated and removed from Ashirwad by the family members, which is unfair.” The case is on proceedings and now it’s to be seen, how the Khanna family reacts on the issue.
